By downloading, accessing, or using AlmaPura (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 13, you may use the App only with parental guidance.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

3. Subscription Model

• The App operates on a subscription-based model.
• Users without an active subscription will have access to limited content and/or features.
• Subscription fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies are managed by the appropriate store (App Store or Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content in the App, including but not limited to text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Gema Sánchez and Gábor Balázs (G&G) or their licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App’s content without prior written permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
